What to Expect
This Florence and Pisa tour from Rome starts from your central Rome hotel, where our driver will pick you up in a luxury minivan, equipped with air conditioning, leather seats and tinted windows. Then travel north with your driver / guide, cross the green valley that surrounds the Tiber River and cross the gentle slopes of the Apennines to reach Tuscany.
Your first stop in the region is Pisa, home to the gleaming white monuments of Piazza dei Miracoli. The most famous is the Leaning Tower of Pisa, an iconic UNESCO site, which is recognised around the world. Pose for photos outside the tower and see Pisa Baptistery and Pisa Duomo.
